empowering women through design
Please take a moment to watch this amazing video below. I went to college with Kirsten and I love what Raven+Lily are doing to empower women around the world. I immediately recognized the beautiful women from Ethiopia and can't wait to purchase some of the beautiful items they are making! I get so excited when people use their God-given gifts and talents to make a difference in the lives of those suffering from extreme poverty.Watch the video and then get shopping!!

so inspiring! this goes along with the book I'm reading called "Forgotten Girls". I LOVE to know there are people out there making a difference for these women and that their hard work is being rewarded. hope you don't mind me posting this as well! i know you don't! :) (I'll also be doing some shopping! Fun!)
