reality
Tomorrow marks a new chapter in the lives of those that attend Alexander Academy! Our dear Miss Stacy has left us. Actually her husband got a great job in New York and they moved last week. The kids are very sad, and we will all miss her dearly. She was such a blessing to us. She helped me t.r.e.m.e.n.d.o.u.l.y with our schooling. I will now take on the full responsibility of teaching a Kindergartener, 3rd grader, 4th grader and 5th grader! Oh, I'm having an anxiety attack just typing that now. :)
I am definitely feeling like my plate is full, but I am clinging to "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong." I Cor 12:9-10....continuing to trust in Him for all things......school, referrals, schedules..........
We will miss you SAM!!!
I am also sorry to report that we have run out of paper chains:( My husband had the last guess of Feb. 26th. I laughed when he picked that date and unfortunately, I am not laughing now! So we had a fun little guessing game with no winner. BUMMER.

Oh boy Emily! Your plate is full!
I'm wondering what the lesson in this timing and big change means and am anxious to see how things unfold with this new adventure with the kids... I wish I were closer and could help!
Funny about the paper rings... I know the feeling! Today is/was MP's guess day and I too laughed at him!!! Oh well, soon Momma, soon.
Let's start some new predictions!! My prediction for you is middle of April (that coincidently is when I predict ours too). I will hold up my hands to the sky with this wish! Okay, I better stop dreaming and hit the shower!!
I know this will be a new season but you are not alone and not without His ever present help. Love you!
We don't experience that His "grace is sufficient" unless and until we are called to rest and trust that it is. He never fails us, so I praise Him for this opportunity to fall on Him and find that "underneath are the everlasting, ever-loving arms" of God.
Praying for you!
Mom
I'm right with ya, sister! Feeling the same pressure and anxiety here, too, so if you need a little over-the-phone hug, just give me a call! We can support eachother in prayer for the Lord's sufficient grace!
And, Em, the Lord knows exactly how long those hopeful chains were and how long the wait really would be... He loves you and His plan is PERFECT!
Big, big squeeze from California!
I guess Friday! If it makes you sad I didn't guess this one but next one and so on and so forth.
Waiting on our paper work is starting to get to me.... I can only imagine how I will be in 6 to a year...... You might have covered this some where but are you waiting for certain genders, twins, siblings, ages?
Prayers from another nation:)
Oh boo...well that was an anticlimactic end of the game! Maybe it is a sign that it is going to be today??!!!
Hey guys!! I miss you bunches and can't wait for lots of little visitors!!!
Sad about the rings, but as you've heard millions of times, God has his own timing! This too shall pass and you'll be able to hold your little ones before you know it!
thinking about you. I know the waiting stinks but His timing is perfect. ((hugs))
I miss her too. :( I find myself looking over at her computer and clicking my heels three times...but, nope, it doesn't work.
i miss Stacy too! she did visit me in a dream sunday night though. had a great visit! i have yet to get her email from anyone. Stacy! if you read this! please post your email for me :O) or on my blog. whatever :O)
Sorry Mitty!! I'll text it to you! :) I miss all y'all!!!!

I bet it is so hard to say goodbye.

I am too much of a wimp to make predictions. I never thought it would take this long for us either!! I hope the rest of the wait is short.
