sumini
I am a big fan of this girl!

and her ministry, Amazima, in Uganda.
Her blog blesses the reader as they are given the opportunity to SEE God moving, SEE him work in big ways, HUGE ways. Please take the time to read her latest post (January 31st) on Sumini. It will break your heart and bless you all the same.
Katie is the real deal, being the hands and feet of Christ to these precious kids in Uganda.

Yes! I read her blog constantly and am SO encouraged by her words but especialy her life!! Wow. Beautiful woman of God!
I know, I'm sad we missed the party when you guys were here in OKC! I got the massage the next morning. :( Boo! Next time!!
God is good ALL THE TIME! We only need hearts that trust that to be true and hearts that in acceptance rest in His timing and work.
I love you, Em.
Mom
I have not heard of this girl! I just spent a few reading her blog and love it. Thanks for the link!
it is so amazing isn't it??? jimmy asked me what i would do if levi's birth dad came to our house and asked for him...i was just speechless and then cried immediately...i can't even go there!
i've been out of it for a week or two and really need an abe update!!
I read that post on Katie's blog the other day...Amazing! I want to visit and hug on those sweet kids!
Just beautiful
Dear Emily,
I just read Katie's blog and then had to read it to Robert too - and now I'm thinking I should call Sarah in and read it to her. Wonder if she's already in bed? Thanks for directing me to her site. Is baby Abe feeling better? Allowing you to get some rest? I'm scheduled to teach every day this week but I'm home after 4:30 or so and would be happy to hold, rock, play with him if you need extra hands - really -

Wow! She is amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Amen ... I have to text and email everyone I know when she post, so the blessings of what God is doing will be heard ...
I just love Katie as my own daughter and feel so blessed God brought her to us !!!
Emily and Moody,
We've been praying for your stamina and for Abe's healing since Moody's call Sat. night. You are dearly loved by God to be entrusted with so much! Be encouraged- He loves you and is in control of everything! We'll keep praying.
