charity water
I am still processing the trip and what the Lord wants us to do with all that we saw and the people we met. We know we want to support KVI and it's ministry, and are praying through the rest.
I found this website and loved the idea. I have a September birthday and think it is a good way to do something right now. I was so humbled by the joy that I found in the people of Ethiopia. They have little materially, but have huge hearts! We tend to get things clouded by all of the stuff.
Not that I expected b-day gifts from you guys, but just wanted you to know about this event that is taking place right now! They will drill 333 new wells in Ethiopia. This will literally change the lives of thousands currently living without safe water. That is exciting!

Honestly after I saw this I wanted a September Birthday! So AWESOME!!
Hope you, others and especially Abe (always hardest on the babes:) have switched time zones and are getting a bit of rest at night!
MUCH LOVE AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Is it that time already??? Right behind ya sister, same great year too! This is just beautiful, great job hun!
Hope you guys are well, Tessa just got diagnosed with a couple of para's and now I'm disgusted and feel ill! Ewwww!
I love this! I saw it the other day on Holli's blog and will definitely give you this for your birthday, too!
It's a relief 'cause you're impossible to shop for. :)
Happy Birthday to you! I am sure your greatest gift this year will be your little Abe, but I have included some water as well! Thanks for being a special friend. Blessings, Pam
The Winters are excited to give you one of the best gifts ever! We've been following the drilling of the wells on the webpage. So much better than anything else we could get for our birthdays! Except for maybe our babies :)
I have been stalking your blog for so long and just SOOOOO happy you are home with your son! WOW! I am adopting a baby girl from Ethiopia and have just loved reading your blog, thoughts, all of it!
Thanks for sharing your blog withe the public! God Bless and sooo happy to see your lovely family all together!

What an awesome idea! I'll be back next week to give you a little birthday present. :) And btw- HAPPY BIRTHDAY! And Welcome Home Abe!
AWESOME idea! AND, my b-day is this month too... I think I'll join you in this great cause!
love this idea ... you are always thinking of others ... Jamie in Haiti is doing a similar thing ... her children are in a rescue center that was effected by IKE and they are having trouble getting water and food ... I pray God puts it on all our hearts to help, pray, and love as much as we can !!!
Did my package arrive yet ???
Happy Birthday Emily!
Welcome home Emily, Moody, Abe and the rest of TEAM ALEXANDER!!
