two big brothers and pants on the ground

Seth Eyasu continues to amaze us as he transitions into our family. His language is progressing so rapidly, it is fascinating to witness. He is a little puppet for the big kids. This is the result of spending some time with Hill and Wick. Only 2 months home and look what they taught him. So proud. :)

It may not make sense if you haven't seen any of this seasons American Idol.

I have been following your blog for a while now, and I love it!!! You're sweet family inspires me!! I was watching the video of your cute little boy when my dinosaur loving boy came over to watch with me. He immediately noticed your son's t-shirt, and he begged me for one. I know you are busy, but could you let me know where to get one?? If you don't get to it, I totally understand!!! But, I thought it was worth a try!! Thanks!!! Thanks for journaling your life! You have a beautiful family!!!!

We are in the final process of adopting an Ethiopian child and I am hoping to make contact with other families that have adopted children over the age of 2. If you have time to share your experience (my email is stephw@rockofroseville.com) or point me to some of your blogged stories - I would be so grateful.

We have a very similar post in the queue on my blog with my 4 having a "pants on the ground" dance party. Only, I am afraid Chris and I tought it to them- I don't have any teenagers to blame!

I LOVE it! I can't wait to show the video to Eli tomorrow. He asks ME to sing it for him all the time. He won't sing it, but he thinks it's hilarious when I do. The things we do for our kids :)

I stumbled across your blog months ago and have been looking for it ever since:) You are one of the only family's I have found that brought all of their children with them while traveling to Ethiopia. We plan to do the same when we travel and currently have 4 children also. We are adopting siblings(2)ages 3-8. I would love to hear how it was for your family...the journey, the experince of being in a place so very different from the culture they are used to. Would you mind sharing with me?
