However, Gobena does give 100% of the proceeds to orphan care, whereas Saints coffee's website says they give almost 1/3 of their profits.

Gobena is very new, (less than 1 month old) and plans to present more specifics (including pictures) of the children that are being helped by the Gobena faithful!Danaehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07541757100744581399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4459674833570794605.post-73638729586340244482008-04-22T16:32:00.000-05:002008-04-22T16:32:00.000-05:00this is so great! we've been supporting another Or...this is so great! we've been supporting another Organic Fair Trade coffee supplier that supports orphans, as well - www.saintscoffee.com. I love seeing the variety and creativity of people giving back through businesses - and you are right...there is no comparison to such fresh quality and taste! I am blessed to be able to serve products like this at our ladies' Bible studies with a sign that tells them what they're drinking. It would cost me the same or more to buy a 'similarly labeled' coffee from my local Whole Foods Market, but it would still be inferior in quality and I wouldn't be feeding an orphan for a month! If anyone starts making bluejeans for a cause, please let me know because we certainly go through those at my house :-)Wendihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01677083936214041137noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4459674833570794605.post-74461581975060915202008-04-22T13:36:00.000-05:002008-04-22T13:36:00.000-05:00Emily, thankyou for spreading the word....the more...Emily, thankyou for spreading the word....the more coffee we sell the more we can help.
